These rates are inclusive of Bed and Breakfast and are charged per room and not per person. The maximum number of people per room may not be exceeded.

Carmel Self-catering Units
The use of all Carmel facilities is included in the rates which do not include daily housekeeping. Units can be serviced at an additional cost of R200 per day.
There are no meals included in the self-catering accommodation.
There is an inventory list in each house and any items damaged or broken will need to be paid for before departure.

Carmel Check-in / Check-out Times
Check-in time is from 14:00 and all guests are required to sign a registration card upon arrival at Carmel.
Check-out time is by 10:00.
Please remember to bring your swimming/beach towels.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies
Leisure Deposit Policy
- 50% Deposit to be paid within 48 hours of making a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- High Season: 50% Deposit to be paid within 48 hours of making a reservation and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Leisure Cancellation Policy
- There are strictly no refunds 30 days prior to arrival. (i.e., Full booking is forfeited)
- Deposits are 50% refundable within 60 days of arrival.
- If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival, deposits are refunded, however there is a 5% (of total booking) deducted as an admin fee.
- High Season: There are strictly no refunds 60 days prior to arrival. (i.e., Full booking is forfeited). Deposits are 50% refundable within 90 days of arrival. If cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to arrival, deposits are refunded, however there is a 5% (of total booking) deducted as an admin fee.
